Come learn to assist Mother Nature's efficient birthing process by applying some basic principles of Yoga. When you keep the mind calm and free from fear, the body will be able to give birth more easily. Discover special movements and various positions that may help to ease the discomfort of the contractions, speed up or slow down labor, and help you to have an empowering birth experience. This information can be used in any setting.

Kelly Devi is a certified Integral Yoga Hatha I, Prenatal, and Postpartum teacher and a labor support doula. She has worked for ten years in the social services field and is currently in training development.
